Yes, I have Friedreich's Ataxia. Yes, I use a walker because my FA has control of my legs. But FA does NOT have my heart! My cardiologist just called with the BEST NEWS about my echocardiogram from Monday. My heart is not showing the effects of the cardiomyopathy they suspected! I am going to need some further testing to figure out some new symptoms, but my heart is structurally "normal!"
